Tizimapp is a web studio in Astana, Kazakhstan. We build websites for small businesses and manage their Google Ads advertising. This policy explains what data we receive and how we use it.

Website visitors

• When you contact us via WhatsApp or submit our brief form, you send us your name, phone number and what you tell us about your business. We use it only to reply to you and to build your website.
• The site may use Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag to count visits and clicks on contact buttons (aggregate statistics).
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Clients whose Google Ads we manage

• Each client owns their Google Ads account and pays Google directly. The client links the account to our manager account and can unlink it at any time.
• Through the Google Ads API we read performance data (impressions, clicks, conversions, cost), campaign settings and ad statuses, and we create and modify that client's campaigns.
• This data is used only to manage that client's advertising: reports, problem alerts and campaign setup. It is not used for other clients, not sold, and not shared with third parties.
• Only Tizimapp staff have access. OAuth credentials are stored securely and are never published.
• Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

We keep correspondence and reports while we work with a client and delete them on request. To delete your data or revoke access, contact us, or remove our manager account in Google Ads: Admin → Access and security → Managers.
